yep - if you follow the link in the article, it says the following:

"Along with the lead single, “All the Rowboats”, the 11-track album includes a new take on Belgian songwriter Jacques Brel’s pop standard “Ne me quitte pas”, which Spektor previously tackled on her 2002 album, Songs."

Yeah I saw this after - this is one of my favorite Regina songs I like what she did with it
