I recommend listening to this.
|
fucking awesome
|
Weezer reference?
|
Redacted.

If I had to guess what his singing voice sounded like, this would not have been my guess. Surprising, and really good. Like a heavier Into It. Over It. but rougher vocals.
|
Why don't people like him?

Wondering the same thing. He seems like a decent guy. |
what a clown. Should seriously quit while he's ahead.
but seriously, this is so fucking good. It's like his previous post-rock stuff mixed with into it.over it. with harsh vocals. |
least favorite person in the world

Not what I was expecting his voice to sound like. It's a solid EP. I recommend it.

He is a really talented dude and great addition to the bands live sound in my opinion. Also did a great job filling in for drums for a while.
|
Listened to the first minute or so of the first song and thought it sounded kind of like Daylight. Sounds good!
Gonna download it now and give the full ep a listen! |
I was into Nicks solo stuff before it was cool
but for real he has some other instrumental stuff somewhere on tumblr/facebook that's not bad. Will find now. Edit: Found it. Schedule of No Pain. |
This isn't very good.

Thanks for checking it out, guys. Not sure how much music I'll actually get to release under this moniker, but I want to put out something every year if possible. Maybe play a few shows here and there when I'm not on tour. |
this is fucking awesome.

Don't take it personally - once you put something out in the world, it's there to be judged. |

Jason's entitled to his opinion. Might not agree with it, but I mean not everyone's going to like everything.

I just feel like there are way worse pieces of music out there that you tend to bite your tongue. This is legitimately the first thing I've ever tried to sing on an wrote lyrics. I guess I was caught off guard with the blunt assault from the owner of this site. I fully expected hate, but moreso from actual assholes. Everyone's got their opinions so it's whatever. I'm not exactly quitting my day job to do this. |

That's really your only option now. If Tate doesn't like it, you're pretty much fucked. |
wheres prospekt to ask where the synth and lyrics about captain crunch are?

Basically, I'm more surprised at you voicing your dislike over something like this, rather than actually disliking it. Whatever, I suppose. |

like. Don't think people should take me any more or less seriously than anyone else, or someone else's opinion. Anyone can listen to the songs and decide for themselves. But, it's a sunny Sunday and I'm sitting around listening to stuff online, see a lot of comments about a band/song ... figured it was worth a listen ... and then I'm gonna comment as well. |

Even taking your statement literally, not really. AP makes intentional troll posts just to rack up page views. There's something on here every week about The Dangerous Summer drama, Emmure, or I See Stars. They post often about the bands they dislike. |

I don't even know Jason, but use Jason. You don't refer to people by their last name.

I think the bigger question for Nick is that is he gonna play this at shows? Or is it going to be the next GSOi? |
Really like this Nick. Great stuff!
