he is seriously talented. i think if he just goes out there and tries to make his own sound it will be more successful than sublime with rome. it probably has to be annoying to have to try to sound at least a little similar to original sublime

People are way too critical on Rome. He's a good, young, talented, hard working artist doing his thing. He's not trying to BE Sublime. I will never understand the attitude people seem to have towards him in that sense of trying to take over Brad's spot. He does his own thing, and it works. Good for him. Fuck the haters. More good tunes for me.

i actually think this dude is a really amazing musician and i had no idea he had a new EP out, will check it! i don't see why people have to hate on this guy at all... eric and bud lost their ability to make a consistent living (along with their best friend) when brad passed away and it seems to me that Rome kinda threw them on his back so they could all get on the road making a living. to me, that's what a talented musician SHOULD do if given the chance

Seems like a great dude. That last Sublime album was great, too. He had big shoes to fill and totally stepped up to the plate like a pro.

I agree. You can't give the guy the guy shit just because he's not Brad Nowell.
