Great tune.

Literally terrified by such great magnificence. The chorus is phenomenal.

Am i the only one getting a serious Tool vibe off these new songs?

Not a fan, i dont know. Leathers was good though.

I'll probably get hate for this but... All their songs seem to sound the same and quite boring imo. Could never get into their stuff.

I agree. I LOVE Deftones, dug Leathers but something isn't hitting me with this one yet. Seems like a very middle of the road type Deftones tune that ends up near the end of their records.

You need to see it performed live. It will change your mind about it. Excellent song.

They've got a very unique style and its only ever aggressive in spots. I know a lot of people that say this but there's plenty that feel the opposite. Best band to twist one up to, if you're into that.

So is this as cover of Bob Dylan's new 14 minute ode to the titanic?

I agree very much with the Tool vibe, but I'm really enjoying this song.

GeeBee 10/11/12 04:13 PM

They only get better with every release. One of the best progressions of any band out there over such a time-span.

Oh man...may I ask how much of them you've listened to? Totally cool if it's just not your thing, but they have such a diverse collection of songs across their entire discography that I feel they always remain fresh with each release while always keeping that distinct Deftones sound.

Love it. Has a Tool and Team Sleep vibe.

November 13th.
Moreno explains about Eros, “…I think that record really captured that time in our lives and I don’t think we’re ready to look back at that time just yet. It’s really still fresh, like a fresh wound in a way, so it’s like one day we’ll release it but right now it’s one of the most personal things that we still deal with everyday so to kind of go there at this point when we feel like we’re really trudging forward doesn’t feel right.

Thank you!
