This song is so good. Everything he's done since coming back has been golden.

Sam Zimmerman 11/01/12 04:08 PM

This album is going to be incredible. He is just too good.

Rodeo 11/01/12 04:10 PM

Future legend.

Earl is hands down the best rapper in OF. It's not even close.

Bryan Mac 11/01/12 04:28 PM

I haven't liked anything he's released since getting home, but this is awesome.

incognitojones 11/01/12 04:32 PM

Earl had a lot of potential before, but this record is set to be on another level.

Star Slight 11/01/12 04:40 PM

its great

8SlicesOfPie 11/01/12 04:41 PM

Song is great. I hope he announces the album release date soon

shawnPLAGUES 11/01/12 04:47 PM

Will be interesting to see how cohesive Earl's debut is going to be. Would love a story about leaving for Samoa and coming back to being surrounded by the OF hype.

Weren't they already hyped up before he left?

Not really at the level they hit when "Yonkers" dropped. That song turned a lot of heads (mine included).

Samprattsap 11/01/12 07:43 PM

Song is good

They had hype, but it really blew up while he was gone.

I know I can't imagine coming back after months and being famous. Or at least mid level famous.

Yeah, just listened to this track all the way through and I'm happy some of these rappers are getting more real. "Too Black for the White kids, too White for the Black." So amazing.

cowlord 11/01/12 08:13 PM

Cool song. Best thing he's done since he's been back. I kinda wish his voice didn't get deeper though.

kbomb001 11/01/12 09:16 PM

I FUCKS WIT IT

AMackChuck 11/01/12 09:55 PM

I like it, but it is Earl, so I'd probably like it even if it sucked.

claw38 11/02/12 12:00 AM

Goddamn that's great, can't wait to hear what he does next. Earl's got enough talent to get huge

taekwondrone 11/02/12 12:05 AM

So good.

Agreed. Can't wait to get a full album of content that's this mature from him.

I always laugh when people try and say Tyler's better than Earl. He's got nothing on him.

kcpunk 11/02/12 07:56 AM

A lot better than Home. Looking forward to more.

Yeah. I mean, Tyler is essentially the reason why they are where they are today. But rapping? come on. Tyler couldn't keep up with Early bird

crutchfield 11/02/12 08:12 AM

None of you middle schoolers are gonna say "swag"???

Star Slight 11/02/12 08:16 AM

Lol are people still mad about swag?

A hundred fucking billion times this. He's the only one I can see having a legitimate career ten years from now.

Domo is actually doing pretty well for himself. He just did an album with the alchemist (and if you know anything about hip-hop, he's a beast). Also, I think Left Brain will have a good career because his production is just too awesome. Finally, Tyler will be around 10 years from now. He directs videos, raps, produces, he does it all. Yah his rapping isn't the greatest, but he's got enough style and unique production style to make his own records last, not to mention other tracks he does for other artists.

Golbin was God awful. Really hope he turns it around with Wolf.

Earl is the best in OF. But mellowhype I can see around in 10 years. And Mike G never gets any love but he's personally one of my favorites.

PandaBear! 11/02/12 03:47 PM

This kid is brilliant. I dont really care about OF but i can see pretty much all of them & their music getting better & better with every release

mka12992 11/02/12 04:36 PM

This is exceptional.

in no way was it god awful it just needed to be trimmed.

and i don't know how someone can listen to Tron Cat and say Tyler can't rap.

Definitely need to pay a bit more attention to Domo then. Last I remember, his stuff never blew me away. Left Brain is definitely a decent producer, but I was focusing more on the main rappers of the group. And yes, Tyler will likely be around in 10 years. The key word to what I said though was "Earl will be the only one having a legitimate career ten years down the line". Tyler will probably drop Wolf to even more divided reviews, Odd Future will become less shocking and in the media, and Tyler will still mill away with albums trying to reclaim what he sounded like on Bastard and "Yonkers". Yes, his beats are interesting at times, but I find far too many of them sound weak or shoddily made to the point of it being a distraction. And I don't even need to make note of his rapping skill.

As far as becoming big names that can transcend Odd Future and become credible stars in their own right, I think Frank Ocean and Earl are the only ones fully capable. Yes, Mike G, Domo, Left Brain, and occasionally Hodgy show they have talent, but I think they'll forever be associated as another member of Odd Future.

ImTheSheriff 11/02/12 08:22 PM

Pretty sure Frank Ocean is bigger than OF at this point.

DisenShaanted 11/03/12 05:24 AM

Syd wasn't kidding back when she said Earl grew up. This is awesome.
