New Wale Mixtape Releasing on Christmas Eve
|
Thank God.
|
Dig it.
|
I feel some next level shit coming from Wale soon.
|
Interestingly, I haven't listened to a Wale CD since 100 Miles & Running five years ago. Loved that disc, but what I've heard of his commercial stuff didn't have the same appeal. I'll check this out though.

I am loving this.

This song is fire. Really looking forward to this.

Cool, but he's awful on any MMG shit. Go back to your roots you sellout
|
I won't mind if this becomes a pattern: he releases his old style on mixtapes and MMG bangers on his albums.

Hmmmm, what's the deal with this rap stuff?

Wale isnt a banger rapper though. He sounds awkward as shit on MMG stuff

just sayin', you're telling him to go back to his roots and this sounds closer to Mixtape About Nothing shit than anything on Ambition or Eleven One Eleven Theory |

This isnt a banger or an MMG song |

This is the most old-school Wale track he's released in a while, no need to tell him to go back to his roots listening to this track. |

And i never said it was? Whatre you trying to say |

Mixtape About Nothing is the best thing he'll ever do...but that thing is classic.

I think Wale has a pretty solid collection of tracks. I even liked a good portion of "Ambition" but I still think the song he did on Currensy's "Stone Immaculate" was one of his best verses
