cool video, i hope as this band continues to get bigger and bigger they keep their sound as organic as possible.

what exactly makes you describe their sound as organic?

organic, within the scope of where they're headed. For example, Maroon 5's songs about jane, to where they are now with phone booth. Organic as in, real instruments making the music.

You do know this song has an electronic drum in it, right?

Loved the one shot of the drummer, guitarist, and bassist, the 2-4 shots of the pianist, and 5-8 shots of the singer.

This isnt a new concept for any music videos....plus its not like the really singled in on any member that much in detail

Am I crazy or is this a new mix/version of the song that has an electronic drumbeat as opposed to the acoustic drums in the album version? I can hear the difference but my friends all think I'm crazy.

this song was well-written though, and the video well made.

Not what I was expecting from the video. But nonetheless excited for the band, this song/video should blow them up.

within the scope of pop music, they're not overly bubble-gummy.

and if you mean electronic to the extent of sampled drums, than 95% of drums are "electronic"

I've been saying this for the past 4-5 years.

Hmmm....I could be wrong, but back when I was still a fan of Whisper Wars, I read an AltPress article about the band working on their second album (mind you, this was probably still a few years before that second album would actually come out), but the whole article seemed to be about Alex talking about how he's bringing R&B vocals back to rock in a way that no other band is really doing. Yet when I watch videos of him performing live, he shows (in my opinion, as someone who listens to bands with good R&B/bluesy vocalists like Reign of Kindo, Backstreet Boys, dcTalk, Justin Nozuka), seemingly no true ability of writing any sort of impressive melodies. He might have some skill, but as a writer he's really no different than most emo-pop singers
