ABSOLUTExclusive: Automatic Habit

I'm really excited to introduce you guys to an incredible new band out of Philadelphia called Automatic Habit. Although a relatively new group, it features guitarist Bruce Wiegner of Victory In Numbers. "This Is Misery" is a track that showcases a number of assets in the band including singer Johnny Costa's fantastic voice. Head to the band's AP.net profile to listen and leave your thoughts in the replies.

I think Bruce needs to just bring back North Farewell. But in all seriousness this song rules. Can't wait to see where these dudes go.

At first I was, this is nothing special. But when that chorus came in I was hooked. It's been a long time since I loved a poppunk song so much

Edit: Wow that other song posted. So good.

Archael 11/24/12 10:27 AM

it's okay, the production is shoddy and the vocals are very much post-patrick stump-core. that chorus isn't bad, but those guitars annoy me.

the other song posted is much better. still fairly standard pop punk but not bad.

reminds me of late in the playoffs quite a bit.
