This reminds me of Go mixed with like one republic or something?

I can see what you mean, but I wouldn't say One republic, definitely some other mainstream poppy band though.

bobsheiskawy 11/16/12 06:11 PM

sofa king good.

Archael 11/16/12 06:17 PM

Go rules, one of three good songs on that album, the rest was atrocious

this band just plain sucks now

Alex DiVincenzo 11/16/12 06:37 PM

Not bad. Has radio potential, at least.

Jason Tate 11/16/12 08:34 PM

Maybe the best song on the album.

Alexandra0961 11/16/12 08:42 PM

clowns to the left of me, jokers to the right

he already did

pepster50 11/16/12 09:07 PM

it was okay. Definately good for radio, but good for me? I prefer the self titled.

Freshman15Davey 11/16/12 10:11 PM

I know that Love Drunk had some shakey moments, but for the most part I love this band.

BobDylanismyman 11/16/12 10:38 PM

well written song, very five for fighting... radio if the label pushes it for sure. not for me.

guitarguy211 11/16/12 10:42 PM

Catchy and accessible. Not bad. The new direction BLG is heading in works.

Course, I also really like what they did on S/T and Love Drunk.

Out of nowhere Jason Tate chimes in on this irrelevant band.

More relevant than most bands people talk up on this site...

Archael 11/17/12 06:41 AM

DID SOMEONE SAY FOO FIGHTERZ?

to 12 year-olds, certainly

but if you're going that route, taylor swift's got these guys beat by light years

Yea, she does. And so does Ke$ha, Katy Perry, One Direction, Carley Rae Jepson, and Justin Beiber.

emery3993 11/17/12 07:29 AM

wow I love this

Waiting on confirmation, but I'm like 90% sure I will be. Pumped for it!

j4callen 11/17/12 09:26 AM

Really solid vocal performance. Dig the production, especially the drums. Song is above average for a ballad. Don't know if it's gonna beat out similar groups mid-tempo jams to get major radio placement though.

Don't worry, 2 platinum singles from your last album makes you completely irrelevant too apparently!

Haha.

jacobcm 11/17/12 12:09 PM

So good

MyFriendsOver 11/17/12 02:32 PM

I just don't like any of their new songs. They all seem like they were written JUST to be on the radio, which, I'm sure, is exactly what they were written for...I just don't like it that I can so obviously TELL that that's what they were written for. Oh well.

Eckel 11/17/12 03:19 PM

Great song writer and vocalist. Not much full band action goig on in this track. I'd stream it

Matt Chylak 11/17/12 03:24 PM

gave "Love Drunk" one listen and bailed. wondering if this is going to be the same.

Are you saying that Taylor Swift is a better vocalist than Katy Perry?

I'll put my money on Beiber being a better drummer than T Swift as well.

Fringe 11/17/12 07:22 PM

It really sounds like Perfect by Hedley.

bobsheiskawy 11/18/12 12:46 AM

martin johnson is a much better singer than taylor swift.

SlyZ 11/18/12 06:02 AM

Boring pop shit. Whatever...even this is better than the new The All American Rejects...

Joey-Wan Kenobi 11/18/12 06:53 AM

I haven't listened to the song yet, and this post is just as relevant as half the others.

RockVocalPower 11/18/12 06:57 AM

Scrubbed of passion and focus-grouped to death

racethesun 11/18/12 12:24 PM

Yeah, this is definitely timeless stuff, sweet work dudes... rock n roll right Martin? maybe a little more hair mouse though? I noticed your bangs were slightly less spiked in some of your promo shots than others.

vampirecat 11/23/12 03:50 AM

Looking forward to their new one. They are good songwriters.
