It's not quite as bad as it's being panned for, but it's not really good either. It's a big, stupid chugfest. Sometimes that hits just right.

The Acacia Strain, Parkway Drive, and the like do the big stupid mosh thing better for sure. Genesi[s] isn't awful though.

What are kids smoking these days that allows even one of them to think this is music? This is produced noise, with an emphasis on produced. Have any of you ever played an instrument? Do you know what amps sound like in person? Do you even realize that bands like this are a filtered down, sold out, image driven version of what metal used to be? Please enlighten yourselves.
