As quoted on FuckYeahPopPunk:

"From Canton, MI. If you like Secret Lives Of The Freemasons, The Forecast, mixed with Jimmy Eat World and The Wonder Years, you’ll like Good Luck Varsity. In a world where every band is trying to jump on the more “indie” pop-punk/melodic hardcore bandwagon, it’s nice to come across something that makes me nostalgic for 2006. Check this band out now if you know what’s good for you."

MTNS is just a 3-song EP, but it is an EP that strays from stereotypical pop-punk. It's strong in melody and harmony and features 3 lead singers, not unlike The Receiving End of Sirens. We'll be touring the East Coast and Midwest in January and February. If you're into it, make sure you stop by the Facebook or Twitter and say hello. We promise we're not too cool - or really cool at all.

That Good Luck Varsity EP is short but sweet.

found a bunch of my favorite albums of the year on these lists,

haven't found an interesting band in weeks though :-(

As a musician, I can dig San Pedro. They sort of remind me of Happy Body Slow Brain.

Hey everyone, Chase destierro from Gianna's Sweet Debut. It took us a couple years to get our debut album out, so we would really appreciate a review! If you like Jack's Mannequin, Mae, or Jimmy Eat World, you'd probably enjoy our record! Thanks.

I liked JM, and JEW. Calling it "piano rock" isn't very flattering though.
