"I put that shit on everything!" thread
Is there any kind of seasoning or condiment you tend to use a lot on food?
This thread's namesake comes from Red Hot's slogan. I enjoy that hot sauce in so many different situations -- cheesesteaks, wings, potatoes, mac and cheese/ramen/rice/other grains, soups, breakfast food, mexican food, and i often use it to add a kick to tomato sauces. it even works as part of seasoning for a meat dish, you're pretty much just adding cayenne pepper and vinegar. i also love basil in a lot of circumstances. |

i always thought salt and pepper were cliche and useless until i really started cooking. both make such a big difference if you use them right |
Sweet Baby Ray's is awesome. I generally just grab whatever looks the spiciest.

Salt, Tabasco, HP Sauce, Nando's Extra Extra Hot Peri Peri Sauce (only with fries/wedges and chicken dishes though).
