I've listened to the first half of the album about 3 times right now and I enjoy it so far.

How does a metal band become this? I don't get how that happened.

I just got to Right Here Waiting.....why didn't their cover of Heaven make it on as a bonus track? I really liked it.

Because they lost interest in playing metal. In other words, they jumped off the screamo/metalcore bandwagon and onto the techno/dance one.

From what I've been told, brokeNCYDE was a strictly screamo band and then they dropped the tight black girly jeans and threw on some bright colored NIKEs.

but i think that they shouldve stayed metal and had some of the beats in these songs.

The only band sort of like this that I enjoy is Select Start. Well, that's more indie powerpop not techno, but this is just so weird. I don't get it or why they're being hyped on this site. I'm waiting for a legit reason on why this is considered good. Their live show was painful to watch as well.
