Pearl Jam is arguably one of the most influential and iconic bands of the 90s - the beginning of the grunge explosion, and is still producing incendiary and important music eighteen years later. Now you can play with Pearl Jam drummer Matt Cameron as he plays Rock Band 2 with Xbox LIVE® Gold members March 27. If you're an Xbox LIVE Gold member (if not, upgrade now!), and you want a chance to play with Matt Cameron, send a friend request to the Gamertag "Pearl Jam GWF" and be online half an hour before (6:30 p.m. EST) the Game with Fame session starts on Friday, March 27, 7:00 p.m. EST. With eight full-length albums under their belts, the band is now re-releasing their very first album put out in 1991, Ten. Just snapped my rock band pedal in half tonight (for the 4th time) playing Once. No fixing it this time. I'll need to go get the rock band 2 kit.

I'd forgotten how awesome this album is until I listened to it again this week to see if I should download any of the songs. I actually bought the whole album and it's definitely one of the best song packs I've bought. I really like how the songs aren't impossible but they still provide decent challenge and are super fun to play (at least on drums, haven't tried the other instruments).
