That Montauk page was last updated in 2003, so it goes back even before the demos leaked. At this point, nothing would surprise me with this band though.

I sort of agree re: putting a lot of faith in one person to do the right thing, but so much about the Shone package campaign proved it'll work: people tracked the things down with the help of Twitter...

After Shone, I didn't think even Brand New could do something that'd shock me, but lo and behold, lyric booklets and Wardenclyffe Tower. Wow.

The $400 VIP is potentially a superb deal if they end up on some big tours. Very tempted.

Oh, I'm with you that it's funny how ridiculous people are being.

In my case, I bought a ticket for last night in the original sale and a friend did the same with a Starland ticket. I wanted to see...

I don't think it was unreasonable to expect to hear the first two tonight since they had done them that way in Cali. I actually really enjoyed seeing Daisy but I when I chose which show I was going...

I never would have thought I'd like Person L or Vacationer on genre alone, but I love them both, so I hope you don't mind my jumping in with some recs:

"OK" off the Person L/Weatherbox split is...

I snagged a ticket for LI, but if it ends up being TDAG & Daisy, I'd gladly swap for a Starland ticket for a chance to finally hear the early b-sides live.

Is that a guess or have you heard something beyond the announcement?

I'll be excited to hear whatever the set ends up being, but I bought night one hoping to hear early b-sides (Flying at Tree Level...

So what if they offered some ridiculous packages? No one is making any fans buy them.
