The best Java IDE is easily IntelliJ IDEA.

Second place goes to NetBeans.

Never liked Eclipse.

They don't need to get everything they want to be more dangerous than a democrat. Supreme Court nominees alone are easily enough to have me always vote Democrat in this political environment.

If I'm being a stickler, CalcTemp() is poorly named, since it does more than just calculate. I'd make that function just return the calculated temp and print it in main().

Any democrat president in this climate will be mediocre, though. What do you expect?

I think you're conflating compiled languages with languages that are extremely verbose and are almost impossible to write without the help of an IDE. Java and Objective-C are prime examples of this...

From what I read, "never negative" is not a valid enough reason to switch to unsigned by their coding guidelines.

The main thing I dislike about Vox is the inconsistency in their story layouts. What happened to cards? Do they even have them anymore?

Not sure I understand, how are you only seeing the first n elements of a list? Seems like a strange thing to do. Can you not just have two lists?
