I actually liked their newest album. As for the lyric video, it just comes off as lazy unless they plan to release an actual music video.

I had high hopes for the new Trivium record, I really did. As a long time fan and someone who has always defended them against all the bs online, I can honestly say they lost their edge. And part of it was the dismissal of Travis.

Drums don't fit in at all. Nick Augusto's a good tech/deathcore drummer, but the guy does not fit in with Triviums style.

I enjoy everything pre-In Waves. Even The Crusade for what it is, took awhile, but the albums not too terrible. But to follow up a record as massive as Shogun, with the new one....it just doesn't work.
