I usually don't press that button unless if it's a band I really love. Even then, I don't want to click "like" just to hear a new song. I don't really use Facebook to check out new bands.
I think that for as big as Facebook has gotten - they still don't have a good experience for brands - and especially bands. I know they like touting "Spotify" as their "music service" - but it's just flat out not what it could be and should be.
Bandcamp is probably the best place for unsigned/smaller bands to display music right now ... and I think that site is missing the community aspect and social discovery.
Facebook could own the space with the right focus/product manager. But I get why they have other priorities right now.
