It's not about how long you're in the studio but about how naturally the song writing process becomes. Some bands just seem to be able to write quality tunes at a more steady rate than other bands. I just hope they're not trying to over hype this next record.

everyone's least favorite? i liked Danger Days more than Black Parade :)

i really like all of their albums though, so even though Black Parade is my least favorite, i still love it. they're a solid band.

Yeah, they've always had tons of haters and they always will, they're just that kind of band and they wouldn't have it any other way.

The bigger the band = the bigger the following = the more haters. There are more fans than haters so its not like the band has to care.

Danger Days was and still is, phenomenal. It took a little bit of time for it to grow on me but it is great. I suggest everyone give the album another listen.

that is a good example. as terrible and talent-less he has lots of fans..(grade school girls). But he also has an enormousness amount of haters. I believe it is fair to say in this case he has more haters than fans.

I'll be expecting another drastic change in sound.

It was cool from 2004 - 2009 when this band was my favorite band. Those were the good ol' days.

I've mentioned a lot on this site how much I hated that last album. It's like they're not even the same band anymore. That's all good for the people who enjoy what they do now, but for someone who really connected with what they were all about a while ago, it's just... not enjoyable.

However, the band is in an interesting position. If the new stuff is a little more similar to the old stuff or just different and decent, I'll probably be pretty pleased.

these guys have yet to disappoint me though. hope it works out for the best and we get some good music out of it.

They've spent years recording their last album and it did turn out to be a very solid one.
