I have trouble sleeping before class sometimes, so it varies from like five hours, to ten, especially on Wednesday nights.

Some nights it's 10, some night it's no sleep for a day or two at a time. I'm an EMT and work 16 hour swing shifts so my sleeping schedule is off beat to say the least.

I always hate going to sleep, in that I'd rather stay up and relax and such... but then, I always struggle mightily to get out of bed, regardless of how many hours of sleep I got. It's really annoying.

That being said, I probably get about 7-8 most nights.
