Personally, and hey, I'm bias ... I find it more efficient. I haven't ever been in a "regular" chat room of more than 15 people where I could tell what the hell is going on ... too much going on at once, stuff scrolling all over the place, and a general feeling of chaos. Here you can talk to people, read responses, and it stays more organized.

this. chats otherwise are awful. you get the obnoxious little girls who post the same damn question 14,000 times and then the chat gets shut down. and here, you dont get spammers flooding the chatbox promoting their band/haircare products etc.
