Noob alert: How do you "co-headline" a tour? Do they each get equal playing time, or do they alternate headlining at different venues?

It can be both. Just depends on the arrangement the bands have set up.

They'll both play for the same amount of time..just one will close the first night and the other will close the next night.

Totally not my thing, but if I got listed for Rob Zombie, I would definitely check him out. Love his films and just his analysis of films in general. Dude is a massive movie buff.
