Ex-guitarist for Bury Your Dead, Eric Ellis, is on trial in Florida after being arrested for home invasion robberies, extortion and selling drugs.

It's weird really..you don't picture musicians being involved in this type of lifestyle. I know that "rock and roll" is associated with drugs and alcohol, but burglary, theft, and gangs?

What's even more crazy is the guy from Whole Wheat Bread is also in jail for home invasion in Duval. Seems like bands in FL have a harder time with music careers.

It is, and it isn't. I mean, the crimes in and of themselves are pretty intense and the fact that he had a background from the hardcore scene is enough to draw interest.
