Yes. In this case, I'd rather have 1 project than 12. (slight exaggeration) Although Patrick's pop album was great.

Kind of reminds me of the direction I thought Torche was going to go before they did Meanderthal. Pretty into it.

Some of it's pretty cool, the bass is great and the drums are neat.

The vocals are the weakest part. Like in many stoner bands, it's hard to have a voice that is both minimalistic and charismatic.

Instrumentally it's good. Vocally... not sure but you can tell he's really influenced by these stoner bands

Sounds better as a whole. Joe has such a high voice when he speaks so it's really pretty funny to hear him like this, but I'm excited for them and happy he got to take the lead role for once. Sounds absolutely nothing like Fall Out Boy, but what did you expect?

^This. /thread. You could argue there's a lack of energy but he's clearly going for a specific style here as well so it's a difficult mix. Again, this is just an EP, so we'll see how they evolve from here I suppose!
