Yeah, that's a bit exaggerated, especially if you're from the US. But his single, The A-Team, has seen tremendous success in many other places.

He's supporting Snow Patrol's US tour right now, which is hitting venues similar to what Katy Perry's last tour hit.

One of his songs hit #38 on the US Billboard Adult Pop Songs charts.
