I've heard that that's basically Captain America 2. I think Hawkeye, Black Widow, and Fury are all main cast in that one.

Indeed it is. I've seen it a couple times and I find it hard to remember much about it at all. Didn't leave much of an impression on me.

I haven't seen the Captain America movie, but so far the Iron Man movies have been the only worthwhile movies of The Avengers and related films.

I think Captain America 2 has potential to be awesome. I really hope they make it still very connected to the US military, preferably fighting terrorism. Usually movies shy away from that topic and just make the Russians the bad guys .
