500 of the pink splatter are available thru MerchNow, the other 1500 will be sold on Hot Topic's website in a few weeks
Hot Topic will also be getting the grey with pink splatter closer to the release date and will have that on sale for 16.99! If I were you, I'd hold off on buying it from MerchNow.

saw a post on VC about this right after I purchased. so bummed. could have used the Hot Cash coupon!
HT will have the gray/pink splatter in select stores and on www.hottopic.com

Given the Vaya repress ran 4500 copies so far, I'd say this isn't too unreasonable considering it's one of the band's highly regarded albums.
I might pick this up when it hits HT, but what I really want now is the ROC reissue!
