Really really sad situation. Decoder's self-titled/only album is one of my favorite of the last few years. Was hoping for more quality stuff from these guys.

Man, I enjoyed the debut. Sad to hear, especially as the result of such a strange situation, too.

Grrr, I submitted this day ago. Really a situation of wasted potential.

I'm really not so sure I believe his story. Sounds really fishy.... jail time over 1900 dollars debt? What kind of debt could also be considered grand theft?

I believe in the state of Florida, anything more than $500 is considered grand-theft rather than petty theft. He didn't pay, so the merch company is treating it as if they stole it, and since it is more that $500, it is grand-theft.

You nailed it.

He did something similar a couple of months ago and one of the other members came in and said to disregard any post by him. Who knows, it may be the same situation.
