Hey everyone,

This as far as I could get last night with this recording...the battery in my pickup died!! lol

I definitely will be re-recording a lot of the guitar tracks in the next couple days. Like the lead at the end for instance, there's a couple sour notes in there i'm pretty sure haha. And for the first two verses I want tor re-record the ska chords to sound how I did them in the last verse.

Also I could double up the length second and last verse, which would make the whole thing a little longer.

Then I want to add a Hammond Organ to accent all of the clean ska chords too. That would REALLY give it a beachy reggae/ska feel.

I don't own a bass so I used the bass octaver pedal in my POD HD and just played the bassline with my guitar. So bass will obviously have to be re-recorded.

Any mixing/structure suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks! In the next few weeks i'll post an updated version with vocals. I'm only doing the music and I have a friend working on vocals now, so wherever he goes with it is okay by me.

I like the mix three, only suggestion is that you get rid of the weird 'wah wah' sound in the background it's kind of distracting and a bit too busy.
