the mayan calendar ending could be a good thing if you believe the whole idea of the age of pieces ending and the age of aquarius begining. supposedly it's supposed to bring peace and enlightenment. probably wishfull thinking though

I think it's wrong simply by way of how it's basically the same as saying the world will end whenever your computer's calendar ends. In fact, that would make more sense.
