Did this last year. Got to meet Sharks, Enter Shikari, and The Narrative. It was pretty cool, plus they have water fountains in the backstage area that you don't have to wait in line for. Plus one of the dudes from Sharks gave me a freezepop, he was a legit.

a 12-15 year old girl was hitting on me today at warped tour. I felt way old there, but that's besides the point. Her mom was sitting behind me joining in on the convo, but c'mon she was talking about how Amazing ATL is and how she almost cried when he looked at her. Other than the fact that she's 10 years my junior I think we hit it off.

I have not gotten that far yet. I already own a digital voice recorder. I will eventually get to taping interviews

I did press at warped a couple dates this year. You have the opportunity to interview pretty much 90-95% of the bands on the tour. Most come to press area. I know NFG isn't doing much press this year, you might want to hit up the publicist at Epitaph, and same for Yellowcard. If you are nice and hit it off with Bethany in the press tent, she can sometimes hook you up with bands that you want. She did that for me with TBS this year. Good luck!

So I ended up interviewing MGK, Skinny Lister and I Fight Dragons. Amazing time. I changed my mind about interviewing NFG. Bethany was absolutely wonderful. I was persistent about getting times and the interviews that I wanted. She let me go first on all of my interviews. I am hooked on this stuff and Will definitely be doing this next year. Just got to figure out how to get paid for it now :)

Those are my interviews. I am currently in my 3rd year of college. I am a journalism major. I want to write for music magazinesnewspapers and/or start my own.

Ah, alright. I work in radio, so I get to do similar things (Interviews with artists and whatnot), so I was wondering if you were venturing into my part of media

I might check out those interviews later, though to be honest I don't care for most bands on the warped tour.

I would do radio but I have backed away from that because it seems that every radio station in my town is switching formats and people are losing jobs.

I do not really like 99% of the bands on warped tour so that is why I researched these bands and found something unique about them. They all said after the interview that they appreciate that I did my research and asked questions that were about them and were not boring
