You may be right, but technically the Blue, Black, and Red are limited edition since they have a certain number to be pressed.

The vinyl doesn't come with the pre-sale. You had the option to add it to your order for $17.00 extra.

I was just at Irving Plaza on Friday and they didn't check IDs. Every time I've been there, they haven't. They have a table/stand inside for you to show your ID if you're 21+ to get a wristband, but that's basically it.
