this is a little different than merch store or clothing line, it's a way to help out bands developing their own merch and what not

not at all - he's one of the most respected dudes in the scene

I don't get why everyone does have a clothing line. I don't know his stake in Lost and Loveless. At least he's doing this and not touring on the same 8 DRUGS songs at least.

Did you read the press release at all? It's not a clothing line. It's a merch company.

It's not ''cool'', just a way to have a little income and to help younger artists have a stronger brand.

Good for him. Love Underminded and he seems like REALLY nice guy in the scene. I hope this does well.
