Think its cool she's reaching out to her fans. Even if the advice isn't anything profound, still helping people. Although Im not a huge fan of her music, I think she has an amazing voice and am pretty excited to see her on the Voice. Judging from the people already on the show shes definitely more talented than 75% of them.

I can't seem to easily comment on that site, if at all.

But I really hope somebody followed up with an email to the kid who clearly has suicidal thoughts. I hope they reccomended professional help or to at least tell his family about his thoughts, if nothing else.
