Depressing music

I've overcome a myriad of addictions, but am still in the process of deprogramming from the addictions. Its never ending.

Addictions don't just pertain to physical cravings, but emotional and social as well.

Opiates. Had myself convinced it was just recreational use for a real long time but finally gave it up for good about half a year ago.

Addiction is really very bad for our overall health and well being. It's best to prevent it by acting in faster manner. I was once addicted to smoking a very long time back then. And it was very tough for me to get out of this addiction. At last, i got out of it by taking it seriously and acting in a wise manner.

Weed. I stopped when I started paranoying about everything while high, like going blind, my parents dying, etc. I still smoke from time to time, but it doesn't give me any good high anymore.

Sleep medications. Once you start, you can't stop. It's pretty annoying when all you want is to sleep.

Chewing ice. I know it's super annoying to the people around me and I used to care, but now I don't haha. Oop. I have a mental list of which food places have the best ice, I know which ~texture of ice is best, etc. I'm weird. When I get a fountain soda I fill the entire cup with ice and barely any of it is actually soda lol. But I can't chew the ice until all of the soda is gone, which is why I can't get a large drink in a drive-thru, because it is too big and the ice melts before I even get halfway done. I can't just fill a cup with plain ice either - it has to have a drink in it first, preferably Coke.

Nothing serious, just annoying and odd.

Coffee, cigarettes, internet.. the usual stuff. Everyone has some sort of addiction. We all need some sort of vice to help pull us through the day.

cigarettes, i used to smoke a lot of weed but it wasnt really addicting. I still do it sometimes. xtc is way more addicting for me. and of course depressing music.

we're probably both anemic!

but yeah my school cafeteria has this one machine that makes the best chewy ice. Love it, i would just get a cub and chew on it. It was like soft enoug hadn small enough. So good.
