I'm in awe of this album. Truly amazing. And I was never a huge fan of them before.

Definitely their best since Cities.

Agreed on both points. Cities is definitely more diverse, while Vital is much more concise - I think both strategies worked nicely for their respective records.



Interesting choice of favorites - "Desires" and "Modern Age" did nothing for you? Or "Intentions" (80's-esque, but very NTFP).

I have always loved Anberlin's fast stuff and not ever really been into their slow stuff....this album, on the other hand, is brilliant all the way around.

It's good on first listen, will probably grow on me though. Last track is amazing.

These streams are kinda stupid, have to hurt record/online sales in some way which I hate for a band like Anberlin. Im waiting to get the real thing in my hands on Tuesday hopefully...

No, they give people a way to check out their music legally and probably help more than they hurt.

whats wrong with a double 10"? i dont have any 10"s so im stoked to get them.

Anyone know of sites that have lyrics up already? Am very curious to see them. I've Googled but haven't found nothing. I assume it's just too early for them.
