every acoustic video I see of Fallon just sounds god awful. his voice is great and the records are amazing but Jesus i can't get into this.

Thank god someone else realizes this. His timing is always way off and it usually sounds clunky...but the fanboys seem to love annnnything he does.

sometimes he really kills it live and sometimes he doesn't. i have some very special live recordings from him but these two would not make that list

Im a huge Brian fallon fan, it just seems he is more comfortable when hes playing acoustic versions of older songs

I'd have to agree that the acoustic version of "Desire" presented here isn't great, he's really kind of reaching with it, but this version of "Handwritten" is pretty great. There! Split the difference.
