I don't like take out Ashley and Nightlife, and this album would be great. Could do without "Fuck Time" too. Shoulda just released that as Foxboro. I really like "Baby Eyes".
Nuclear Family
Stay The Night
Let Yourself Go
Fell For You
Angel Blue
Sweet 16
See You Tonight
Stop When The Red Lights Flash
Lazy Bones
Stray Heart
Baby Eyes
Amy
...now to complete my "album" with what I take off of Tre! - the rest of the songs I can do without.
This is such a step up from Uno. It doesn't sound recycled, Dos even sounds fresh at times. "Lazy Bones" itself could be a whole new direction for the band.
The guitar tones on these albums lack any punch whatsoever.
Definitely agree.
Lazy Bones, Stray Heart, Ashley, and Amy are the only songs I fully enjoy in this album. I agree with the belief that the band would've been better off releasing one good album than the trilogy.
This does not suck near as badly as everybody makes it seem.. Still agree with the majority by saying a 12 song album of all of the best tracks from the series woulda been the better move/made for a great album
Yeah for real. Shocked by the positive comments in here / people saying this is better than Uno. Neither album is good but I find this to be leagues worse than Uno.
Jesus Christ, did Green Day murder the AP staff's family or something? This is awesome. I loved Uno, and I think this Dos is way better. Really psyched for Tre.
Yeah, really. AP staff seems pretty convinced ahead of time that it would be bad. By no means is this Warning/American Idiot good, but Dos>>>>>>Uno by a country mile.
I actually like the springy twang of the power pop tones they're going for on these. A nice change.
I liked it when I first heard some of the songs off Uno but it really got old quick. Probably doesn't help that most of the songs aren't up to par with what they're capable of.
