I find enjoyment in the latest work by Green Day and am satisfied with receiving new music from them at all considering their legacy of classic albums is already established.

I'm surprised Clown Baby wasn't promptly banned.

Ahhh another Green Day thread with another bashing. Interesting to see so many positive comments about 21CB, as when that came out it was fucking slated. As was Warning.

For the record, I love Uno, it is a fun pop-rock album. I've only listened to Dos a couple of times and it's got some really good songs on it, but it's also got the worst Green Day song (Nightlife).

If you don't like it, fine. But it wouldn't surprise me in two years if you say that these albums are talked about the same as Nimrod/Warning/AI etc (obviously not Dookie/Insomniac).

I also believe that Slappy Hours and Kerplunk would sound like these albums if they had these budgets available to them then.

Im still a huge Green Day fan and think, the new Albums are good.

But yes, Nightlife really is bad and the only song i have to skip every time it comes on :(
