Makes sense really. Chris's daughter is at that age where she starts school, and his family is relocating to Los Angeles next year.

I completely expected this, I feel like they went right into Mylo so quickly then started touring right away. I love their music and will completely miss them, but I think taking a year off would be a definite ideal choice currently, this will give them time to write apart and together and just relax again.

Sucks, as I never seen them live, but they've earned a break, if anything.

So glad I saw them this summer. Would hate to of missed them again. Found out they really have only done about 5 really big tours each supporting their respective albums. The Mylo Xyloto tour was definitely a performance I will never forget. The colors and setup made it more than just a concert and the music was just damn good.

Hope to see them again in the future. These men deserve a break.
