While the first track is the weakest, all three are great and Coming Up Short is probably one of my favorite songs of the year. That chorus.

Thanks for the kind words. I didn't have anything to do with the music on the last EP except for writing Sad Bastard Music. I was off in another world by then. I think the title of that EP summed up that year or so of my life.

Were you happy with the way that EP turned out? I feel like any discussion/criticism of that EP was overlooked by the drama at the time, but it really was a pretty huge departure in style from the full length.

Frankly, I don't think the band delivered the caliber of music it should have to Topshelf Records. I don't want to get any ex-members fired up by pointing any fingers, but I think everything was done very last minute. I really wish I could make it up to topshelf somehow. I love what they are about and I really regret the way all that occured.
