They haven't even casted it yet beyond Cory and Topanga.


Hopefully it takes a year or two, because if not, I think there are some timeline issues as the show ended a little over 13 years ago and I don't think a baby would have happened so soon..

This show is timeless in my opinion. I just wish I had a teenage kid to watch the remake with.

Logically, he should. The main cast should be Cory, Topanga, Shawn, and Eric since they moved to NYC at the end of the original series.

Also very cautiously optimistic about at least the pilot being watchable.

There is no way this isn't going to be absolutely shitty. The expectations are so high for this show that there is no way that people will even think it's "okay". The only thing that will make people like this is nostalgia factor. Not to mention, if you re-watch the majority of BMW at this point in time, it's pretty bad. God, the episode where Cory and Shawn drink for the first time at age 20 is cringe-inducing. Also, who the fuck dates somebody for 12 years and doesn't have sex with them?

I hope Disney doesn't ruin it.

I'm actually looking forward to checking this out and they should definitely bring shawn back.

It's kinda funny to me how much love this show gets among people our age. If it were on now, so many of you would hate it. That said, I'm on board. Full original cast would be awesome.

Possibly one of my favorite clips from the original. I'll definitely watch the first episode of GMW, but I highly doubt it will have moments like that.

Seriously I hope Shawn and Angela are still together. She was hot, and they were a good couple.

Gotta have Ethan Suplee as Frankie Stechino too.

Can't wait for Eric's return...my fav character on the show.
