Most bands, it brings over an audience that might not already be fans of the band. The core audience will go anywhere.

That video has probably one of the most unintentionally hilarious conclusions I've ever seen.

Spent the whole video waiting for the real Hayley to appear. Seriously did not look like her at all.

As for the actual video ... meh. I'd almost rather just have a generic "band plays the song from different angles" video than this. Seems like a lot of money spent by the label for a not-so-great product.
