Really? Interesting. I enjoyed 12 years, but it seems like the general consensus was that it dragged.
This song? It's the opposite of drag.
Idk I really think I've just grown up around a much different group of people and a music scene in upstate New York than the people I interact with on here. A large amount of my friends and people I know who play music thought daytrader had a very original and unique sound going for them, and it was a sad day when Tym left. I loved the full length beginning to finish and saw them when they only had released their 3 song ep in a hole in a wall venue and was immediately into them.
So, much like many fans who become a fan of someone for what they once did, I've gotta try and break that impression I have of his sound in Daytrader for me to appreciate this.
