New album is their best in over a decade. It seems like they finally have some energy back, and even the poppier songs have started to grow on me (except "More of You", which is atrocious). I hope they get some more attention again, because I'm already optimistic about the next album.

Slow It Down is so good. The whole album is good, but that song and Keep The Car Running are the band at their best. Best album since Gutterflower for sure. I'm hoping eventually the return to a sound more like Superstar Carwash, Dizzy, Gutterflower...etc. People say the sold out after Name became huge but I always though their output up until Let Love In had a relatively similar sound. And even that record and Something for the Rest of Us still sound like the Goos.

Edit: It's pretty unbelievable how solid they are live.

This one is pretty sappy but if you can get past that its definitely the best since Gutterflower. Robby's songs are fantastic this go around even though they are less rocking than usual.

100%... I was nervous as the last few didnt do it for me and when I would go to the shows I was always hoping to hear that one or two songs from ABNG or Super Star or even a way back when jam, but now- im down for this whole album... I think the band will be stoked if people are yelling for new songs verses stuff from the past.
