In all seriousness though, I understand why you thought my post was ignorant because it is a blanket statement a lot of people use to go against the grain of something popular they don't like (just like the 'if you don't like it, you don't get it argument') but I honestly belive expectations can cloud the vision (or hearing) of a person and make something better or worse than it is. But as I said, you have to take that with a grain of salt because in this day of age and hype and information it's hard to be subjective on anything without living under a rock.
And I'm guilty, my dislike of Kanye and my differing opinion on his greatness to this point certainly influenced my opinion on this album. I'm not saying I don't like it because I don't want to like it, but I will say I didn't think I was going to like it. And if you were honest, you could make that exact same statement about why you love it.
