TCG Tour Diary Dispatch #1 Hello friends, and welcome to the Two Cow Garage European tour diary.

Utrecht, NL- First show of the tour. A little jet lagged from the flight but a great show overall. Town of Saints opened the show and were killer. A three song encore to end the night.

Den Helder, NL RockCafe. An American dive bar that just happens to be in the Netherlands located on the North Sea coast. Everyone that worked there was amazing and kind, although their liberal sharing of alcohol borders on attempted murder, we had a wide open, set up on the floor, straight forward rock show. The PA went out for a moment but everyone in the room was with us. We stayed up late. We made some new friends.

Asten, NL- Misty Fields Festival. We didn't know what to expect on this one. What we walked into was an amazing festival. We played the main stage next to last in front of about 600 people. We played great and had some of the best stage sound we've ever had. One of those shows that reminds us why we do this.

-Drove the van onto a train. Train goes under water. We pop out in the UK. Seriously.

London, UK- The Windmill. I don't know why but it always surprises me when people come to our shows. Every time. And especially here in Europe. It's a pretty amazing feeling to write a song in your bedroom, play it with your friends, travel to a different continent and hear someone sing that song back at you. We played really well and the crowd was with us the whole night. Stoked.

Dundee, UK- Shane and I played an acoustic show. The crowd was great. Quiet and attentive. When you're playing an acoustic show there's nothing more you can ask for than an attentive audience. We met some great new people in Derek and Johnny from the band Uniforms. They put the show together last minute for us and turned out to become new friends.

I woke up this morning in Dundee, Scotland to Craig Finn yelling at me from the kitchen, "These sing along songs can be our savior."

I think he's right.

Art or Die,
Micah Schnabel
