Four More Favorites Turn 10

Posted by: Alex DiVincenzo (10/07/13)
Coheed and Cambria's In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3, The Early November's The Room's Too Cold, Death Cab for Cutie's Transatlanticism and Kevin Devine's Make the Clocks Move are all celebrating their 10th anniversaries today. Which ones still hold up for you?

Great group of albums. Always will be my favorite Co&Ca album, always listen to TEN. Not a huge Death Cab fan, but I think that's their best album, and love KevDev. Good album there too.

IKSOSE3 is easily one of my favourite albums of all time, hoping for a few extra tracks from it when I see them live in November.

Heard a lot about the other three albums, but don't think I've even listened to more than one or two songs from each one. I'd better change that.

Never really listened to Kevin Devine, but In Keeping Secrets, Transatlanticism and The Room's Too Cold are some of my favorite albums. Solid day for music.

I am going to listen to all four of these tonight, and reflect on what it's like to not be in high school and still love the same music.

The Room's Too Cold is, and always will be one of my all-time favorite albums. These 10 year anniversaries make me feel old/nostalgic/sad.

I wouldn't say "easily." Good Apollo Volume One and The Afterman: Descension are both brilliant.

In Keeping Secrets is my favorite, but you can't go wrong with their first three albums. And Descension is leaps and bounds better than Ascension.
