@CapitalTonight: Only 2 of 606 precincts have reported in NY-23rd, both in Clinton County. Owens got 57 votes. Hoffman 38. Scozzafava 5.

Clinton County is a Dem stronghold.

I wanted flahrety. He had no chance, it's just in my personal encounters with menino have always left me leaving going "how the hell is this guy mayor of ANYTHING".

Some of the recent laws here in boston have also been pretty ridiculous. I'm not sure how directly accountable he should be for them, but overall as Mayor (as the president), you bear the brunt of a political shitstorm whether it's warranted or not.
