that movie is for a certain type of kid, and that is the type of kid ATL is trying to get to, and i feel like this is them selling out, just my opinion

Yeah. I'm wondering the same thing. I don't picture Tim Burton and All Time Low together either.
Alice and Wonderland is pretty trippy, so it'll be interesting to see Tim Burton's take. How pop-punk fits in, I don't know.
I don't think we're the only ones to think this. haha.

I think that might have come from Tim Burton working scores with Danny Elfman- who came from a new wave band that sounds an awful lot like an older version of modern radio friendly pop punk when you look at their debut, Only A Lad. If you can assume Elfman and Burton came together on that music, and that Burton enjoyed it, then it seems somewhat reasonable to assume that he would find a more modern version of that, which All Time Low seems to fit somewhat well.

That's my guess.
